Northridge Hospital Foundation received a $250,000 gift from the Ralph M. Parsons Foundation that will go toward “Building for the Future-Today” capital campaign. Funds support Phase 2 of the capital campaign, which includes the redesign of the triage and lobby area of the emergency and trauma department.
In addition, enhancements will be made to the registration and seating areas to improve work flow. The lobby will be expanded and include a new security station, a separate entry and room for first responders, a new storage room, and an additional bathroom. Northridge Hospital’s $7 million capital campaign has five phases and 100 percent of the funds will be raised by the foundation.
